Anyone who crews will be part of the creative process as much or as little as you like, we will have 2 production days each week, one for discussing and one for shooting. I know that artists invest a lot into their personal projects but always have a little left over, something risky they can't put out there because they haven't practiced it enough or its different than their usual content or skillset.
